Your accountant gets the month, no chasing
Choose how each RUC's package reaches your accountant. You can use more than one way at once.
What your accountant gets
One package per RUC and month: the RG 90 file for Marangatu, an Excel spreadsheet with the detail and totals, the list of electronic invoices for Compras a Imputar and the images of your invoices, renamed. Your accountant needs no account or app to get it.
By email, every month
In the app, open the RUC and go to Sending to your accountant. Save your accountant's name and email, turn on the month-end package and pick the day, from 1 to 10. On that day Rucibo builds the previous month's package and emails them the link.
In a Google Drive folder
In Sending to your accountant, connect your Google Drive. Rucibo creates a folder for the RUC, with a subfolder per month, and saves the package there. If you want, it also uploads each invoice as soon as it is ready.
Turn on Share the folder with your accountant and pick the permission: Viewer, to see and download, or Editor, to also add, move and delete. Your accountant gets a notice from Google with the access.
By link or WhatsApp
Whenever you want, open the month and tap Send to your accountant. You can share a link that expires after the days you choose, send it on WhatsApp or download the ZIP. You see how many times it was opened and can cut it off at any time.
In your accountant's panel
If your accountant runs a firm on Rucibo, they can invite you with a code. In the app, go to Settings, Your accountant, Connect with my accountant, and type the code. You choose which RUC you share, from which month and what your accountant may do.
If you have no code, in Your accountant tap Connect by email and type the email address your accountant signs in to Rucibo with. You choose the same things and tap Send request: your accountant gets a notice and, once they accept, the connection starts. While it waits, you can cancel it.
From then on your accountant sees your invoices in their panel and builds your month there. You see each time they open, download or change something, and you can stop sharing whenever you want.
