Terms of service
1. Who provides Rucibo
Rucibo is an Android and iPhone app provided by CreativeLoop LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. What Rucibo does
Rucibo lets you:
- capture and import invoices (facturas) and other purchase documents;
- extract their data automatically and check it;
- organize them by RUC and by month;
- build a package for your accountant, with a file in the DNIT import format (RG 90), an Excel spreadsheet and the renamed documents;
- deliver it by link, email, WhatsApp or Google Drive.
3. What Rucibo does not do
- It does not replace your accountant or give accounting, tax or legal advice.
- It does not file returns or register or confirm documents in Marangatu for you.
- It does not issue invoices.
- It does not replace original documents. A photo is not a substitute for paper: you must keep every paper invoice until 31 December of the invoice's year plus 6 years.
- It is not affiliated with the DNIT, Paraguay's tax authority. Marangatu and e-Kuatia are DNIT systems.
4. Beta
Rucibo is in beta. This means that:
- some features are switched on in stages and may change or be removed;
- there may be bugs or service interruptions;
- the RG 90 file has not yet been validated with real imports in Marangatu.
Please tell us about any problems you find. We may use your feedback to improve Rucibo, with no obligation on our part.
5. Your account
- You sign in with your Google or Apple account and are responsible for keeping it secure.
- The information you enter must be true, and you must have the right to enter it. If you add invoices or data about other people, such as your dependents or someone who trusts you with their invoices, you confirm that you have their permission or act as the person responsible for them.
- You must be an adult to create an account.
6. Extracted data and review
Automatic reading can make mistakes. Check your documents' data, especially anything Rucibo flags for review, before your accountant uses it. Data registered in Marangatu counts as a sworn statement: what to declare is up to you and your accountant.
Rucibo's warnings (for example, "gives no IVA credit" or "not issued to your RUC") are aids based on published tax rules (laws, decrees and DNIT resolutions). They are not professional advice.
7. Your content
Your invoices and your data belong to you. You give us the permission needed to store, process and deliver them to whoever you choose, only to provide the service and as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete them at any time.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Rucibo to:
- upload false or altered documents;
- access other people's accounts or data without permission;
- interfere with the service, overload it or try to break its security;
- copy, resell or redistribute the app or the service.
9. Intellectual property
The app, the Rucibo brand, the website and its content belong to us or are used with permission. These terms give you no rights over them other than the right to use the app under these terms.
10. Third-party services
Rucibo uses third-party services such as Amazon Web Services, OpenAI, Google, Apple and Sentry, listed in the privacy policy. Google Drive, WhatsApp and email are governed by their own terms.
11. Liability
We do our best to keep Rucibo working well and its data accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available or work without errors, especially during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for fines, surcharges, lost tax credits or other losses that result from data that was not reviewed, documents that were not kept, or tax decisions made based on the app. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
12. Ending the service
- You can stop using Rucibo and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Except in serious cases, we will warn you first and you will be able to export your data.
- If we decide to stop offering Rucibo, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change anything important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Rucibo afterwards, you accept the changes.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay.
