Your purchases in Marangatu, no accountant needed

If you file your purchases yourself, Rucibo builds each month's RG 90 file for you. Here is how to use it.

What you need

  • Your RUC with the obligation to register your purchase receipts (RG 90).
  • Your Marangatu password.
  • Rucibo on your phone, with the month's invoices under their RUC.

1. Add the month's invoices

Take a photo of each purchase invoice, or share the PDF from WhatsApp or email. Rucibo files each one under its RUC and the month of its issue date, even if you add it days later.

2. Check the ones that need a review

Some invoices wait for a review: open them and confirm or correct their details. Those left without a review stay out of the RG 90 file; the Observadas sheet of the spreadsheet lists them.

3. Download the month's package

In the app, open the RUC, pick the month and tap Send to your accountant. There you can download the package: a ZIP with the RG 90 file for Marangatu, the Excel spreadsheet and the images of your invoices, renamed with the date, supplier and total.

Before you upload anything, open the spreadsheet and check the Detalle sheet: each row is one invoice, with its number, timbrado and amounts.

4. Import the file in Marangatu

Sign in to Marangatu with your password, go to the receipts register and choose the option to import a file. Upload the RG 90 file as it comes in the package, without renaming or opening it.

DNIT processes the file and tells you the result in your Marandu inbox. It can take up to 72 hours. If it reports errors, correct those invoices in the app and download the month again: Rucibo never repeats rows you already sent.

5. Assign the electronic invoices

Electronic invoices do not go in the RG 90 file, because Marangatu already has them. You assign them yourself under Compras a Imputar. The Electrónicas sheet of the spreadsheet lists them, with a suggested assignment for each one.

If you changed something after sending

Marangatu does not correct a row when you import again. If you edited an invoice that was already in a file, the spreadsheet shows it in Observadas with the file it went in, so you fix it by hand in Marangatu.

Keep the paper

The photo does not replace the original invoice. Keep it until 31 December of the invoice's year plus 6 years.
